Phil Choy

Prior to joining Sundale Developments, Mr. Choy has been working as an integral member of leading project development and construction firms, responsible for coordinating design consultants for building design approval, and construction management.

With over two decades of experiences working on a wide range of development portfolios, ranging from high-rise, mixed developments to aged care housing, Mr. Choy is responsible for all aspects of building quality assurance, including overseeing project-based documentation and building finishing specification details.

Coming from an architectural background — having successfully completed tertiary studies in Architecture, with further courses in Project Management — Mr. Choy has held employment in both public and private sectors. His expert knowledge of building design and extensive experience in construction management are core assets Mr. Choy brings to every project Sundale develops.
